☆Famous Dalgona Coffee☆
Whipped coffee (Dalgona coffee) is huge right now! It's a newly introduced food, that has gone viral! But I can see why, whipped coffee sounds amazing. It's fairly low cost and it's super easy to make:P
All you need to make this delicious drink is 3 ingredients! These ingredients need to be added equal parts to get the best results.
Fun Fact: the word Dalgona comes from a Korean street snack!
☆DALGONA COFFEE☆
Cook Time:15 Minutes
Ingredients:
-Instant coffee (any kind works)
-Milk (substitute almond milk or cashew milk)
-Sugar
-Ice Cubes (optional)
To make the froth...
1. Add all ingredients to bowl in equal parts.
2. Whisk until light and fluffy(Stiff Peaks)
3. Done! :))
To serve...
1. use a glass big enough to mix your drink if you choose, and add ice.
2. Fill the glass just over half way with milk
3. Finish it off with a layer of the beautiful coffee froth
4. Serve!
